Project Manager Responsibilities - Coordination between the four sub-teams and the client - Definition and adjustment of the project timeline - Resource allocation based on needs - Coordination of client presentations Technical Lead Responsibilities - Validation of all diagrams (use cases, sequence, class, etc.) - Design of the network and client-server architecture - Definition of custom network protocols Project delivered ahead of schedule, graded 20/20, with congratulations and a letter of recommendation.
