Designed and developed a full-stack web application from scratch to track maintenance operations on TALIOS optronic targeting pods. Gathered requirements directly from technicians, wrote specifications, planned the project (GANTT/PERT charts), then built a Python HTTP API, a SQL database, and a React frontend, with PyTest unit tests and full documentation (user and developer). Delivered one month ahead of schedule, graded 20/20 with highest honors and a recommendation letter. Still in production at Thales two years later.
